Timeline

1943
Campineira was founded on August 20, 1943, under the corporate name of Fábrica Campineira de Sabão Ltda.
1956
With the development of the city, and the growth of its production, Campineira moved to a more remote location and built its own headquarters, exactly where it still operates today.
1965
The shares owned by Mr. F. J. Blumenthal were purchased by Mr. Caito Queiroz Guimarães, also a senior official from E.R. Squibb & Sons do Brasil, who then took his place on the board.
1970
On April 4, 1970, the company was transformed from S/A. for Ltda., with its shareholders: Amauri de Camargo Moreira, with 35%; Stella de Souza Aranha Moreira with 15%; Caito Queiroz Guimarães with 35% and Aracy Santos Guimarães with 15%.

1951
The industry was transformed into a joint-stock company, deriving its activities from the exploitation of fatty acids, glycerines and soaps, under the corporate name of Soap industry in Campinas and Glycerina S/A.
1959
On September 28, 1959, by succession, Mr. Amauri de Camargo Moreira, who worked for seven years at E.R. Squibb & Sons do Brasil, in the sales area, became a shareholder with 15.5% of the shares.
1969
Over time, Amauri de Camargo Moreira and Caito Queiroz gradually bought all the shares of the other partners and, at the end of 1969, held 100% of the capital of Campineira.
1981
Partners Amauri and Stella bought the shares owned by the other partners, and the composition of the company, which lasts until today, is now as follows: Amauri de Camargo Moreira, with 70% and Stella de Souza Aranha Moreira, with 30%.
